What this website collects

When you submit the contact form we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, the service you selected, and whatever you write in the message field. We use it to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking.

Analytics

We count page views using our own first-party analytics. We do not use Google Analytics, we do not set advertising cookies, and we do not store your IP address. Visitor counts are derived from a salted hash that is rotated daily, which means visits cannot be linked across days or back to you.

What we ask you not to send

Please do not put Social Security numbers, bank account details, or copies of tax documents into the website contact form. Once we are working together we will provide a secure channel for those.

Retention

Website enquiries are delivered to our inbox and retained there according to our normal email retention. Contact us if you would like your enquiry deleted.
