A tax practice, not a franchise
Seattle Tax Pros is the tax preparation arm of the Magnolia CPA family of practices, working out of the same Magnolia office on W McGraw Street.
Most people meet their tax preparer once a year, at the worst possible moment, in a strip-mall office they will never visit again. We wanted to build the opposite of that: a small practice where the person who prepares your return is the person who answers when you call in August with a question.
How we work
Every engagement starts with a short call and a fixed quote. We do not bill by the hour for tax preparation, because nobody wants to watch a meter run while they explain their situation.
We reconcile business books before preparing a business return. A return built on unreconciled books is a guess with a signature on it.
Part of a larger practice
Seattle Tax Pros sits alongside Magnolia CPA, which handles audits, advisory and estate work, and Bee's Bookkeeping, which handles monthly bookkeeping. If what you need is one of those instead, we will hand you to the right desk rather than stretch to cover it.
